Return and Exchange Policy

At YÉTI LOVE, we are committed to offering quality clothing made from certified organic cotton, so you can feel good inside and out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from defects.
  • Have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Not have been used, altered, or modified.

Note: Sale items or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us by email at info@21taraclothing.com and provide the reason for the return. Specify if you would like an exchange or a refund. We will send you an email confirming the return authorization.
  2. Shipping the Return: Carefully pack the item and return it to the address below. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking:

  4. Return Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a quality inspection. If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
  5. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for products of the same value. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Refunds: Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@21taraclothing.com, providing photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Return Fees
Returns are free if the error is on our part (incorrect or damaged product, etc.). If you change your mind or the item does not fit, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exemptions
Items that have been used, worn, or washed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
